2635412 - Custom Mapped Attributes only return back the first value of a mapped value

Symptom

When setting up custom mapped attributes and mapping them to a datasource, only the first value is returned when the mapped datasource has multiple values for an attribute.

e.g.

A custom attribute called Email is mapped to a LDAP datasource.  The LDAP datasource has multiple entries for Email for a single user.  When the value is looked at in Enterprise, only the first email address is listed.
