What is the internal and external private posting's default language?

1. Create a job requisition and post it on both internal and external private posting

2. Provide the internal and external private posting link to a user

3. Noticed that the internal private posting default language (e.g. en_US) differs on the external private posting default language (e.g. fr_CA)

Internal private posting's default language depends on the user's locale or language on Bizx while the external private posting's default language depends on the browser's default langauge.
