2635492 - Member search with "ID and description" - BPC embedded

You want to search members from the member selector in the BPC web. In BPC embedded, you find the member searching functionality is case sensitive.

Moreover, even if you select to display "ID and Description", you find that the member searching only looks for the description.

For example, there is a member of CATERGORY dimension with ID: FINAL and Description: Final Consolidation, below is the searching result of each scenario:

• If you search for "FINAL" by ID, you can find it.
• If you search for "Final" by ID, you cannot find it.
• If you search for "Final" by Description, you can find it.
• If you search for "FINAL" by Description, you cannot find it.
• If you search for "FINAL" by ID and Description, you cannot find it.
• If you search for "Final" by ID and Description, you can find it.
