2635538 - Http 500 error with "local variable 'enc'" when opening OpenDocument URL in Internet Explorer

Symptom

  • Use IE to open an OpenDocument URL from client PC, below error will occur:

HTTP status 500 - javax.servlet.ServletException: java.lang.Error: java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method java.lang.String.toCharArray() of a null object loaded from local variable 'enc'
