The following error is generated when connecting to PRD:

1. VJDBC connection has been confirmed as been created
2. Connect to PRD and the error is generated:

There are two possible causes:

• Error is generated as there are no tables in the BIRT schema you are trying to connect to.
• The customers BIRT schema password was not the same as the one in their configuration.

Support should engage with the Operations team to check the configuration to see if there is a need for rebuilding BIRT schema after validating the setup of the vjdbc already performed.
