2635881 - How To Change The UI Client That Opens From An E-Mail Subscription Link

You are using the E-mail subscription and the link from the e-mail is directing to Silverlight and you would like to be directed to HTML5.

The link constructed in the subscription mail is already smart to handle this. The link will redirect you to the client ( SL or HTML5 ) depending upon the default client configuration in the system. If the default client is SL then the link will open the system in SL client or vice versa.

In case you would like to change it, you can change the default client under company settings to the desired UI.
