After setting up Headers and Footers for notifications, some instructors are not seeing the headers and footers in their notifications.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Cause
Email headers and footers are applied in notifications based on the user record.
Where the instructor ID matches the User ID, headers and footers will be applied to the notifications for the instructor.
Where the instructor ID does not match the user ID, the headers and footers will not be applied for the instructor.
Resolution
For headers and footers to be applied for instructors, the instructor ID must match exactly with the related user ID.
