You are using the feature Signature (Actions>Signature) with the app in online mode. It is currently working, but when you sync and go to offline mode you cannot see the option Signature.
Environment
SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer; SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer - Extended App
Cause
The feature Signature is currently not available for Sales Quote in offline mode.
Resolution
This is the expected system behavior.
If the feature/functionality is needed as a matter of urgency, please refer to KBA 3475641 - Functionality Currently not Available.
