2636014 - Wrong Employee Responsible is Shown on Proforma Template

You are generating a Pro-forma document, but the system is taking the wrong employee responsible name.

Checking the ProForma template:

1. Go to the New Business work center.
2. Select the Sales Quote view.
3. Search for the Sales Quote ABC (ABC represents your Sales Quote ID).
4. Click on the 'ProForma' button.
5. On the template, the employee responsible is XYZ (XYZ represents your employee responsible).

Checking the Sales Quote:

1. Go to the New Business work center.
2. Select the Sales Quote view.
3. Search for the Sales Quote ABC.
4. Click on edit and view all.
5. Note that Employee Responsible is FGH (FGH represents your employee responsible).

The Employee determination rule for Sales Quote is defined in Fine Tuning Activity 'Involved Parties' for Sales Quotes and Quotes for Contract'.

In the system, the first priority is for 'Direct responsible of Account'. Hence, when a follow up document is created from quote for pro-forma invoice, the employee determination is redetermined according to the rule defined in the business configuration.

This is expected system behavior.
