2636084 - Tax is not transferred to billing document from Idoc WPUBON

Symptom

A WPUBON IDOC is generated from CAR system. Tax condition is saved in segment E1WPB04. After processing the IDOC, a billing document is generated but the tax condition is not transferred to the billing document.
