You want to restrict allowed Divisions for users based on the Sales Organization (Sales Org) assigned, hence restricting the defined Sales areas: Sales Organization, Distribution channel and Division (Sales Org+DC+Div).
However, you cannot find Sales Org as a Control Field to restrict in the Code List Restrictions.
