2636489 - Listing Layout Fields not visible in the Job Req

Symptom

The following required fields are not appearing in the Job Requistion causing an error to appear when sending the Job Requistion to the next approver.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Cause

Job Profile Builder has been enabled within the instance and has not been configured.

Resolution

To solve the issue, you will need to disable Job Profiles by following these steps.

  1. Go to Admin Center 
  2. Manage Recruiting Settings
  3. Job Requistions 
  4. Uncheck Use Job Profiles in Requisitions 
  5. Save

The fields should now appear with in the Job Requisition for users with the permissions to edit the fields.
