2636531 - Leave Request File Attachment not found: "Resource not found for segment 'FileAttachment'"

Symptom

When attaching a file in the Leave Request App you are faced with the following errors when trying to view/open it:

  • "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below." (F12 Console Browser)
  • "Resource not found for segment 'FileAttachment'"

This happens for both the employee and the approver
