SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

1. Go to: Employee Profile
2. Go to background block
3. Edit or Add a record
4. Fill the required fields
5. Save

There are fields required and hidden at same time.

In case the field is required, it cannot be hidden, only can be hidden if not required. Amend those fields via Manage Business Configuration or Succession Data Model.

1. Go to: Manage Business Configuration
2. Click: Employee Profile
3. Click: Background Elements
4. Click in the target Background Element
5. Click in "Details" of field
6. Amend the field
7. Save
