2636743 - Project Showing in "Not Invoiced Time and Expenses" even though Expense Items are Written Off

You have closed the project and written off the expenses. But the project is still showing up in the "Not Invoiced Time and Expenses" view.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the work center Project Management.
2. Go to the Invoice Preparation: Not Invoiced Time and Expenses view.
3. Select respective Project ID and select "Edit Time and Expenses".
4. You can see the written-off time and expense items shown in "Not invoiced time and expenses".

If you filter with "Modified View - All Customer Projects with Unassigned Expenses", it will always display the project even if it is closed or expenses written off.
But system will throw error if you try to post the invoice request. This is the standard behavior.

This option is given because there are many customers who will have both actuals and written off expenses. So, the project will show up in this view to allow them to create invoice for both actual and written off values. The actuals will only be billed but written off values will also show up in the invoice.

Please use filter "My Active Customer Projects",so that only active projects will come up.
