2637008 - Missing Employees in Completed Compensation Forms - Compensation

Forms are routed to completion and some employees are no longer visible on the completed form.

The root cause is due to a rare scenario that while one user is editing an entry in exec review/HBA there's another user who is moving the form to completed stage. It's also possible that the form is open in one browser tab and the exec review/HBA page is open in another browser tab where the entry was edited and saved, and then the form was routed to completed stage in that other tab where the form is open.

With this described scenario only the edited entry is saved in the form's snapshot xml which is called partial form content. When the form is moved to completed stage only the user with edited value is captured and made visible.

To rectify the issue the completed form will need to be re-routed back one step and then route forward to completion again.

• However, if you have updated the salaries for the users in Employee Central or in the UDF after the forms have been completed, routing them back will cause the salaries to automatically update. This cannot be stopped as salary is always reloadable.
• Note that all missing employees can still be seen in executive review, ad-hoc reporting and compensation statements can still be generated for these users.

Note: To avoid the issue, avoid form routing and data edit via exec review/HBA in parallel.
