Symptom

In OAuth Token Server, the Client Secret Hash Value is showing as N/A.

Environment

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to System Admin->Configuration->OAuth Token Server;
  2. Look for the field "Client Secret Hash Value";
  3. Its value will be "N/A".

Resolution

When the value for the Client Secret Hash Value is showing as N/A, it means that no Client Secret has been created for this environment yet.
