2637072 - Data in Extraction Run For Financial Data Is Displaying the Header Text In Different Language

You have downloaded the Extraction Run for Financial Data and it is displaying the Header text in English, but you expect to see it in your local language.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the General Ledger work center.
2. Go to the Periodic Task.
3. Select the view Extraction Run for Financial Data.
4. Select the run in question.
5. Under Tab Processed Successfully go to Attachments.
6. Select Download. This allows you to download the file which you can save on your local PC.

You notice when you open the file that the Header text appears in English.

The reason why the text is appearing in English is due to the personalisation settings.

To make the Header Text appear in the required language:

1. Go to Personalize. This can be found at the top right corner on the screen.
2. Select My Settings.
3. Select the tab Regional Settings.
4. Under the field Language, maintain the required language from the drop down option.
