2637208 - SEM-BCS: Time-dependent master data synchronization with special periods (13 - 16)

When SEM-BCS time-dependent master data (e.g. custom attributes of the reporting unit field) is synchronized from SEM-BCS to BW, and there are two values in different special periods (e.g. period 13 -> A, period 15 -> B) of year X-1, master data synchronization to BW creates only the first entry (i.e. value A) with date 1.1.X in BW.
