2637280 - sp_helpdevice, sp_helpdb and sp_help may not display the whole information in some columns - SAP ASE

• ASE's language is japanese and charset is one of Japanese charsets such as eucjis or sjis.
• Client's language is also japanese and client's charset is one of Japanese charsets such as eucjis or sjis.
• sp_helpdevice does not show the whole information in description column.

• sp_helpdb does not show the whole information in status column.

• sp_help does not show the whole object type name in Object_type column.
  if object names or column names are Japanese, sp_help does not show the whole names.
