Customers are not able to post their jobs to LinkedIn

In May 2018 - LinkedIn is sunsetting their standalone LinkedIn referrals product.

As a result, SuccessFactors LinkedIn Middleware Integration will no longer be able to display LinkedIn referral Information in customer's instance.

In addition, LinkedIn is no longer offering LinkedIn Recruiter Past application Spotlight functionality as a standalone feature, so it will not be possible to access this via LinkedIn middleware integration.

SuccessFactors recommends that new customer do not turn on the LinkedIn Middleware integration.

If the customers are already using it, they should turn it off in the admin center by selecting the LinkedIn integration settings, unchecking the box and choosing save.

The same has been communicated to our customers during the ‘Release Information Webinar’ for release Q1 (1802) and will again repeat this information in the upcoming Q2 RIW.
