2637558 - Error : "GetJ2eeTracingStatusCommand.doExecute() Could not connect to any Diagnostics Agent of system XXX" while there is no trace in Trace Analysis - Solution Manager 7.2

On SAP Solution Manager 7.2 by opening the Transaction SM_WORKCENTER->Root Cause Analysis->End-to-End Traces

When you select a Technical System you see the following error :
