Environment

Reproducing the Issue
-
Go to the affected work center, e.g. Customer.
-
Go to the affected view, e.g. Accounts.
-
Click on Advanced Filter button.
- Click on Organize Queries button.
- Check the Disable checkbox for query XYZ (XYZ represents the name of the query).
- Click on Apply button.
- Notice that the query XYZ still available in the dropdown list.
Cause

- Go to the affected work center, e.g. Customer.
- Go to the affected view, e.g. Accounts.

- Click on Organize Queries button.
- Check the Remove checkbox for query XYZ.
- Click on Apply button.
Note: Standard queries, e.g. "All", "My Accounts", "My Team's Accounts", cannot be removed from the menu. They can only be made 'invisible' as described in KBA 2866460.
