2637918 - "Set Variable" dialog box is only enabled in the Query Panel on the top of HANA views or Bex queries having SAP variables

• "Set Variable" dialog box exists on BI 4.2 Patch 0 to Patch 4 in the Query Panel for universes on HANA views or Bex queries.
• This dialog box should only be enabled on Query Panel for HANA views (HANA direct Access: Relational or OLAP connection), and Bex queries.
• This issue has been fixed on BI 4.2 SP 3 Patch 5 and above, and fully in BI 4.2 SP 4.
