2638034 - Fields in OnboardingCandidateInfo in Manage Data is Blank - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

Candidate record in OnboardingCandidateInfo is blank but it has a value in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding activity

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 - All Versions

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to SAP SuccessFactors HCM and go to Admin Center
  2. Under Tools, search and find Manage Data
  3. In the first search field, enter OnboardingCandidateInfo  and add the HRDataID or Applicant ID in the second field
  4. Fname and Lname or other fields are missing values

Cause

Missing standard keys in the Data Dictionary

Resolution


Due to missing standard keys in the Data Dictionary under Integration namespace, error is received in different parts of the application. To help identify, resolve, and see the standard keys, check KBA 2481227.
