Symptom

Unable to Add "BX.Urls.EmployeePage.ActivityPlanning" in Super Admin -> Account Option

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Super Admin
  2. Account Option
  3. Add Option
  4. Unable to add the key

Cause

For security reasons, access was not given to all users to add keys which are described in Onboarding guide

Resolution

If you would like to add key "BX.Urls.EmployeePage.ActivityPlanning"

For Customer - Raise ticket/incident with support team.
For Partner - Raise request to Operation team via partner portal.
For Support Engineer - Please check internal memo.
