2638226 - IBP: Insert/Update job for snapshot key figure of type Change History fails in IBP with error "Cannot import snapshots"

Symptom

There is a defined Change History type snapshot configuration for a key figure, say XX with suffix SNP. The snapshot key figure is created having ID as XX_SNP and is Change History Enabled.

When trying to upload below set of value (an example) for the key figure XX_SNP through Data Integration Jobs app in IBP WEB UI.

PRDID CUSTID LOCID KEYFIGUREDATE REVISIONDATE LAG XX_SNP
101P 101C 101L 2018-05-18 00:00:00.000 2018-05-18 00:00:00.000 0 100

The job fails with an error such as below:
