How to create Replication Target System manually in SuccessFactors.

If you want to create Replication Target System manually please follow the below steps:

   1. Login to the ERP System and execute transaction SCC4


   2. Choose your client and press the magnifying glass

       Note down the logical system name. You will need it again later

   3. Login to Successfactors system and navigate to Admin Center -> Manage Data.

  • From the Create New dropdown, choose Replication Target System

  • In the Replication Time Offset in Minutes field enter the amount of minutes you want the resend of data to be delayed by when the payroll area is locked or in   correction phase. If you leave this field empty, the default time until resend is 60 minutes.
  • In External Code enter the logical system name you just noted down.
  • Define an External Name
  • For 'Relevant for Payroll Integration' choose Yes and Save


Note that the client code taken into account in Data Replication Monitor is the one defined in the External Name's default value field in its Translations configuration. To check this value, click in the icon beside the External Name value:
