2638351 - Application Error when updating Ok to Rehire field

• When trying to update the "Ok To Rehire" field from "NO" to "YES", an error dialogue appears with an application error.
• Unable to change "Ok To Rehire" field in Employment Details due to error message showing

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to the Employee's profile
2. Search for Employment Details portlet
3. Select Edit and change the value of "Ok to Rehire" from NO to YES
4. Save, you will receive the error

• The Job Information data is missing from the profile.
• If you check the Job Information portlet it is empty or it is corrupted.
• This information is required in order to rehire the employee.

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Search for Import Employee Data
3. Under "Select the action you want to perform" select "Download Template".
4. Download the Employment Details, Job History and Termination Details.
5. Fill all the required fields. Remember that the start date from the Employment Details and Job History must match.
6. Import in the following order:
   
   
• Employment Details
• Job History
• Termination Details

Note:

When you create an employee via import, you need to import some required templates in order, otherwise the system can create inconsistencies if the Employee Central data is not complete.
