2638425 - Managing customers assigned to different VARs in one Solution Manager 7.2 system


  • There is a need to manage all end customers assigned to different VARs(Value Added Reseller or Certified Channel Partner) within a single Solution Manager system as shown in the diagram below as they are the subsidiaries of the company.
  • However, if the solution manager system belongs to VAR 1, it can only manage customers assigned to VAR 1 since there is no relationship known to SAP between VAR 1 and the other VARs.
