2638514 - A column of numeric data is not sorted in numerical order on the Explorer tab - SAP ASE COCKPIT

Symptom

  • ASE Cockpit allows you to sort and organize data displayed in grid format on the MONITOR and EXPLORE tabs.
  • However, ASE Cockpit does not sort columns of numeric data in numerical order. It always sorts columnar data in character type order.
  • Please see a sample below. The column of Size (MB) is not sorted in numerical order even though it's numeric columnar data.
