2638564 - Time is truncated from Datetime when reading from Excel workbook - Data Services

Data Services is truncating the time from a datetime when reading from Excel
Some datetimes for the Excel spreadsheet are correctly imported as a Datetime datatype but others are imported as Varchar
The time from a datetime is truncated
Using a timestamp datatype does not help
