2638566 - NAST based output determination does not work in Fiori

Symptom

SAP S/4HANA output control has been deactivated and NAST condition technique activated.
When using Fiori app "Manage billing documents", "Manage output items" or "Create billing document", print preview button does not work or output requests are not processed.
