2638762 - 'My Employees' tab is not visible when launching proxy for a supervisor in LMS

I'm logging into LMS system as a administrator, while I search for a supervisor user and click 'Launch Proxy' in the Actions menu, in the Proxy session window 'My Employees' tab is not visible anywhere.

However if we login as the supervisor user in normal way the 'My Employees' tab appears correctly.

• Login to system,navigate by Admin Center>Learning Administration;
• Go to Users menu, search for any supervisor user and enter the user detail page;
• In Actions menu, click Launch Proxy;

You are logging to an LMS environment integrated with BizX. Under integrated environment the Home and My Employees tabs are not available to proxy.

This is expected behavior. Home and My Employees tabs are not available when you log in via BizX as a proxy. To access My Employees page you need to add the 'My Employees' tile into user homepage(by System Admin>Configuration>Landing Page Settings>Add Tile).

It can be considered as an enhancement request to support those tabs under proxy mode in BizX integrated environment in the future.
