2638787 - Error SIPT613 Raised When Changing Customer VAT Number is changing/deleting/edting.

Symptom

Error SIPT613 is raised when attempting to change the VAT registration number of a customer.

The system displays the message: “VAT registration number of customer number cannot be changed”.

The issue occurs in transaction XD02 while modifying customer master data.

As a result, the VAT number field cannot be updated.
