Symptom

You configured mail sender/receiver channel in HCI iflow and want to know if it is OK to use the SAP internal mail servers, as follows:

  • mail.od.sap.biz
  • mail.syd.sap.biz

Error text from CPI connectivity test portal:

Server certificate: Invalid

"Client was not authenticated to send anonymous mail"
