Symptom

  • Receiving "Feature Unavailable. Please contact your Company's IT Department" error when accessing Profile or Org Chart
  • Direct Reports show as zero in both the Org Chart and Team tab
  • User names not being displayed.
  • Users cannot access their own profile
  • A Manager user cannot see Team tab
  • A Manager user cannot see their direct reports displayed in Org Chart, even if the number of direct reports is correct
  • How to hide Matrix Manager in Org Chart?
