2639170 - Msg 10834 and Msg 5849 occurs when using Standby and Production licenses together - SAP ASE

• Use Standby and Production licenses together, can result in errors, when enabling configuration parameter 'enable ldap user auth'.
• SV ASE license with production CP Security & Directory Services license recieves:
  Msg 10834, Level 16, State 1:
  Server '<Servername>', Procedure 'sp_configure', Line 1223:
  Configuration parameter 'enable ldap user auth' can not be enabled without license 'ASE_DIRS'.
  Msg 5849, Level 16, State 1:
  Server '<Servername>', Procedure 'sp_configure', Line 1223:
  Verification failed for parameter 'enable ldap user auth'.
