2639507 - Newly Created Template not Appearing in RBP - Users Cannot See Development or Goal Template for Selection

You have created a new Development or Goal Template, but cannot see it in the module drop down for selection, or in RBP, even though you can see it in Manage Templates.

It may be that you do not have the <obj-plan-name> updated in each language.

For example, you have the name entered correctly:

<obj-plan-name>2019 Development Plan test</obj-plan-name>

But in the language entries defined just below the above, it still shows as:

<obj-plan-name lang="en_GB">2017 Development Plan test (IDP)</obj-plan-name>

<obj-plan-name lang="de_DE">2017 Entwicklungs Plan Test</obj-plan-name>

You need to change the language entries to the correct plan name. In the example above you would just need to update the year and re-import/ upload the template.

Note: If it is not the root cause, please leave adequate time for the RBP framework to refresh. It can sometimes take over an hour before the changes take effect in the system. You can also try log out and back in to trigger an RBP refresh or use the RBP refresh tool.
