2639515 - TimeSheet workflow initiator name change

• Whenever there is change in Job Information of the Employee after Time Sheet Submission and the status pending approver. The Daily Run night trigger job will change the name of the initiator whenever the time sheet status is in pending for approval. We have faced similar issue earlier where it was changing the initiator name to unknown persons.
• Changing the 'Time Management Configuration Status' from Always to Never has created problem whenever there is changes in job information when timesheet is in pending status the night job will update the initiator name to system system.

SAP SuccessFactors Time Sheet

1. Go to Workflow request.
2. Select requestor name.
3. Select pending workflow request and check the initiator name.

Below are the list of initiator names for the timesheet due to different jobs/activities:

•Time sheet jobs(recalculation, import, generate, submit) created with Job owner as person A will have person A as job executor when triggered through provisioning.
•Scheduled Trigger tasks job(owner: v4admin), when run from provisioning should trigger the subsequent jobs with job executor as v4admin
•Recalculation job scheduled via instant recalculation should have job executor as v4admin
•Recalculation and generation job scheduled and run by creating a Time Management Recalculation Event(Target as User/TRP) and execute on save as Yes, should have executor as v4admin.
•Master(global) recalculation job that gets scheduled and run when multiple user instant recalculation gets scheduled, should also have job executor as v4admin
•Any workflow canceled by these jobs processing should have canceled by as System System
•Any workflow initiated by these jobs processing should have initiated by as System System
•Any MDF object created/modified should have created by/updated by as v4admin in Manage Data.
