2639523 - Can't upload/download file with the WebGUI service. Get "RAISE_EXCEPTION" Dump in ST22. Exception condition "JAVABEANNOTSUPPORTED" triggered

Symptom

When trying to upload or download files from the Native File System using WebGUI (or a Fiori app that users WebGUI), it causes a short dump in the backend.

Any WebAS environment that has the WebGUI Service Active
