Cutover tasks for Production are the final step of a new RMK implementation project.

The cutover tasks have many steps including exporting configurations from Stage (Preview) and importing them to Production. In Career Site Builder (CSB) under Tools > Import/Export you can now export and import the following configurations:

• Site settings;
• CSB settings;
• Category pages.

In the below example we provide you how to export the category pages to an XML file. From Admin Center go to Manage Career Site Builder or alternatively, if you are an implementation partner, you can access the Command Center V2 and from there you can access Career Site Builder (CSB):

1. Click on Tools > Import/Export;
2. Click on Export tab;
3. Click on Category pages;
4. Click on the button Export.

Note 1: Mismatched files could cause your career site to break. Since 2H 2021 release (November 19, 2021), Career Site Builder prevents you from importing an exported file that was saved from a stage/preview environment with higher release version.

Note 2: When you import the XML export file back in through Career Site Builder, it has the capability to either create new categories or replace the existing category pages with the same name.

"The file you're trying to import from the Stage instance of Career Site Builder uses functionality that isn't yet available in the Production instance.
You can import this file when both the Stage and Production instances are on the same release version, and the new features are available in Production."
