2639705 - In The Stocks TI You Are Unable to Add The External ID Field as a Column in The Products Section on The Overview Page

Symptom

The External ID field is not available to add to the Product section in the Overview tab of the Stock TI.

Environment

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Stocks work center.
  2. Open any Stock ID.
  3. Select Adapt---> Edit Master Layout.
  4. In the Overview tab, hover over a column in the Products section.
  5. Select the Add fields icon.
  6. The External ID field is not available to add in adaptation mode.

Cause

It is currently not supported to add the External ID field in the Overview tab of the Stock TI.

Resolution

At the moment there is no way to convert and show all the C4C IDs as the ECC External IDs. Please post this new feature request on our Customer Influence Site: https://influence.sap.com/SAPCloudforCustomer
