2639776 - Item Substitution Not Triggering for Retraining in SuccessFactors Learning

After completing a item that is a substitute for a retraining, the initial retraining is complete, however when the retraining comes back up, it does not auto-complete.

This is expected behavior.

The two ways a Substitution will complete is:

• When a item is added to the learning plan and the substitution is competed in Learning history
• If both items are assigned and the substitute completed

Retraining does not reassign courses once it is originally assigned. Since it is not reassigned, or added to the learning plan when retraining is due, the item will not completed.
