Symptom
You work with Solution Manager. When you open a document from the tester worklist, the pop-up opens but the CRM Web UI becomes unresponsive. Some application buttons, like save or cancel, do not respond when editing a document. If you press F12 to get the browser console in the "developer tools", you see error SCRIPT5: Access is denied.
