Symptom
You work with Solution Manager, when you open a document from the tester worklist, the pop-up opens but the Web UI becomes unresponsive. Some application buttons when editing a document, like save or cancel do not respond. If you click F12 to get browser console, you get SCRIPT5: Access is denied.
