2639905 - Issues in accessing the portal after VIM upgrade

1. Clicking on certain tabs of Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) through the Enterprise Portal results in a Windows security pop-up requesting a username and password.
   
   
   
   
2. Clicking cancel allows the page to be displayed correctly.
   
   
3. In HTTPwatch traces, several 401 status codes can be observed. For example, in this screenshot, 401 calls are visible for multiple .gif files.
   
   
   
4. In the default traces (location: /usr/sap/<SID>/<instance>/j2ee/cluster/serverX/log), these entries can be found. These entries are visible when DEBUG severity is set for the trace location com.sap.engine.services.servlets_jsp.* Refer to note 1095475 - How to enable HTTP tracing in the AS Java)
