When you try to find a configured custom field in Data subject information report, system does not display this field.

Employee Central: Data subject Information
Cause
Data subject information report use Odata API and fetch all data using API. It might have happened that your configured field has not been updated in Odata API.
Resolution
To Resolve this issue, go to Admin Center-> OData API Metadata Refresh And Export -> Refresh the OData as shown below. If you do not find this option, provide sufficient permission based on KBA 2171588 - SuccessFactors: OData API Metadata Refresh and Export.
