2640138 - Howto split the budgte values or distinguish between what is spent in Merit Increase and what is spent in lumpsum when using merit + Lumpsum combined budget

Planner are not able to distinguish between what is spent in Merit Increase and what is spent in lumpsum wen using merit + Lumpsum combined budget.

Test & Production

When budgte is configured to use combined budget on any two components then system always display the budget vlaues in one box as show in the picture below. It is not possible to show the budgte values of each component induvidually.
