Symptom
A ticket has been opened for a product other than SAP SuccessFactors
Reproducing the Issue
When Support Engineers try to access the system, they are unable to gain access. System ID is not known in SuccessFactors system.
Resolution
As SAP SuccessFactors Support can only work on issues with SuccessFactors, please open a case/ ticket directly with the Support team for that specific product. For more information on SAP products you can do a search on https://help.sap.com/viewer/.
