2640320 - Access Approver App error "Request is no longer in User Work Inbox. Please refresh the List"

Symptom

When trying to approve a request in the Access Approver App, an error is received stating "Request is no longer in User Work Inbox. Please refresh the List.".  However, requests are still able to be approved via the native NWBC interface for GRC.
